Qualifications :

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or sales support role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
  • Fresh Graduate is acceptable
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English written and spoken
  • Experience in Chemical business is advantage
