- Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Knowledge of industrial, air conditioning, or refrigeration applications
- Experience in B2B sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Indonesian and English languages
- Previous experience in the compressor industry is a plus
