Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) : 

“To provide technical support for Ore Quality System and Support team to ensure safety and QA/QC of sampling activities and sample preparation to produce reliable assays and moisture analysis on time”

1. Ensure the implementation of EHS program (LIF, Gemba, Safety Inspection, CRM, Safety Talks, Major Hazard Standard, Hydrocarbon audit, environment audit etc) and compliances against procedures, regulations, and policies to prevent any accidents in Full assay Lab & Rush Assay Lab 

2. Monitoring and ensuring all sampling facility in Mine Stockyard, Transfer point, FPP, MRAL and Full assay lab are valid reliable, and safe. 

3. To ensure sampling and sample preparation process in Mine Face, Lab Full Assay, In Mine Stockyard, Transfer point, FPP, Mine rush assay lab, Trommels (mini dryers) are complying against QA/QC standard procedure by tight supervision and regular quality audit. 

4. To continuously review and improve sampling process and conduct specific study 

5. To measure contractor productivity, quality, safety performance, and compliance to the agreement. 

6. To regularly evaluate assay data, preparation to ensure validity of Mine Stockpile information Ton, grades, chemistry, and moisture content. 

7. To provide Mine stock pile information particularly grades and chemistry for blending purposes. 

8. Conduct specific training for Ore Quality System and Support employees, and contractor.

Persyaratan (Qualification) : 

A. Umum : 
1. Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit. 
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab. 
3. Bersedia ditempatkan di Luwu Timur, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. 
4. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian. 
5. Sudah melakukan Vaksinasi Covid-19 minimal yang pertama, dibuktikan dengan Sertifikat atau Surat Keterangan Vaksinasi Covid-19 dari aplikasi Peduli Lindungi Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia. 

B. Khusus : 
1. Min Undergradute Degree (S1) Geology/Mining. 
2. Minimum 3 years experience in related field. 
3. Certification : Mandatory, Pengawas Operasional Pratama (POP).
