Full TimePT Polyland Group Indonesia, a fast-scaling F&B startup with ambitious growth plans and influential investors backing the journey is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to drive our financial strategy, optimize performance, and deliver actionable insights that shape the future.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience (startup/F&B experience is a plus)
- Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; experience with FP&A tools (e.g., DataRails, Anaplan)
- Strong financial modelling and forecasting expertise
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL)
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
- Collaborative, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
