Job Description:

Design, manage, develop strategy marketing and sales policies for all company product.
Analyze market needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to develop effective strategies.
Lead and analyze the performance of the Sales & Marketing team in achieving sales targets.
Lead the execution of campaign events and integrated marketing programs across digital and traditional channel.

Qualification & Requirement:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
Minimun 1-3 years of sales & marketing and leadership experience.
Deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing strategies.
Experienced in analyzing market trends and data.
Proficients in English communication.
