Pou Chen Group Indonesia is hiring a full-time on-site role located in Serang for an Export and Import Officer specialist experienced in the five main areas namely (1) The Regulation of Export-Import Process, (2) BC document, (3) The Export-Import system, (4) Bea Cukai Regulation, and (5) Audit Export Import. We are looking for driven, agile, and proactive individuals who will work across the team.

Job Description:

• Responsible for all of the Export and import processes or responsible for Local processes in the Bonded Zone factory
• Create a customs document (BC) of export or import or Local document and process to the system
• Communicate with the supervisor, marketing from the factory, customs officer, etc.
• Checking and attention to the Export and Import process
• Having experience in Audit Exim (Custom Audit)

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in international Trade or related field
• Minimum 2 years of proven working experience in an Export and Import Manufacturing company with a Bonded Zone factory
• Export and Import documents skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of export and import regulations and procedures
• English Intermediate written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel using formula) and related software
• Familiar with customs documents of Overseas process: BC 2.3, BC 3.0, and BC 3.3
• Familiar with customs documents of Local process: BC 2.7, BC 2.6 1, BC 2.6 2, BC 4.0, BC 4.1, and BC 2.5
• Familiar with IT Inventory system, PEB, and PIB system CEISA 4.0 and SAP system is a plus
• Experience with customs audit is preferred
