Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance and Accounting Staff located in Cikarang Selatan. The Finance and Accounting Staff will be responsible for

• Financial planning and budgeting
• Financial statements, reporting, and reconciliation
• Handle the company's daily transaction
• Bookkeeping and financial records
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Expense management and compliance
• Fixed asset tracking
• Tax compliance, payment, and reporting.

The role requires ensuring compliance with accounting standards, procedures, and internal controls, and providing support for tax preparation and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in accounting and financial analysis including financial statements, budgets, and forecasting methods in a construction field for at least 1 year
• Fluency in English will be preferred
• Excellent accounting software user skills with knowledge of Accurate and Microsoft Office
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of accounting principles, tax, and regulations
• Exceptional communication abilities with a service-oriented and team-player mindset
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
