Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Staff and Purchasing Staff at PT ENVICON EKATAMA in Jakarta. The Finance Staff will handle financial planning, projections, and calculations related to company assets and production processes. The Purchasing Staff will oversee procurement processes, supplier negotiations, and system management related to purchasing activities.

Qualifications

FINANCE:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
2. Experience with storage monitoring for company assets and inventory.
3. Proficient in financial projections, depreciation calculations, and Cost of Production (HPP).
4. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
5. Familiar with accounting software or financial management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
6. Willing to be placed in Jakarta Selatan
 

PURCHASING:

1. Strong negotiation skills with suppliers.
2. Familiar with purchasing systems such as Oracle, Journal, or other similar platforms.
3. Experience in managing high workloads efficiently.
4. Good understanding of fabrication industry needs.
5. Proficiency in English (minimum passive).
6. Proficient in computer usage for daily operations.
7. Detail-oriented, organized, and quick in decision-making.
8. Willing to be placed in Jakarta Selatan
