1. Fresh Graduates with a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business/Marketing, Industrial Engineering /Mechanical Engineering/Electrical/Mechatronics.
2. GPA Min 3.25 in Engineering or 3.5 Non Engineering
3. Max. 26 Years Old
4. Excellent Communication Skill
5. Strong Problem-Solving Skill
6. Good Leadership Skill
7. Have Ability to learn quickly
