Job description :
Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve business objectives. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and leadership to effectively promote our products/services

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitive landscape.
  Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media).
• Manage the entire campaign lifecycle, from concept development to post-campaign analysis
• Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Provide insights and recommendations for future marketing initiatives based on data analysis
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and innovative approaches to reach target audiences.

Requirements :

• Male / female over 30 years old
• Must be Korean
• Min. Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
• Min. over 3 years marketing experience in Indonesia
• Must be fluent in Bahasa & Korean, Proficiency in English is a plus
• Have strong communication skill with Korean and Bahasa, preferable English is a plus
