Job Description:

Design, manage, and develope strategic marketing and sales policies for all company products
Analyze market needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to develop effective strategis
Lead and analyze the performance of the Sales & Marketing team in achieving sales targets
Lead the execution of campaign events and integrated marketing programs across digital and traditional channel

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of sales & marketing and leadership.
Deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of campaign metrics and optimization techniques.
Experience in analyzing market trends and data.
Proficient in English communication.
