Qualifications :

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the client services or International Freight Forwarding
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work tasks
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Fluent in English written & verbal and able to operate computer
  • Fresh Graduate is acceptable
