Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in any relevant field.
Proven experience at supervisor level or higher in a similar role (Preferably from Beverage Product Company)
Strong leadership skills
Excellent negotiation skills, capable of successfully negotiating with large and strategic customers, including Gromin, Horeka, focus channels, areas, and institutions.
Strong market analysis and opportunity identification abilities.

Responsibilities:
Analyze the market to identify potential opportunities for growth.
Build and maintain partnerships with new key customers to expand market presence.
Manage relationships with existing clients, such as Gromin and Mis Grosir, ensuring continued success.
Execute strategies to develop focus channels and areas as per the company’s growth objectives.
Oversee and manage the performance of the sales team, including Amo Partner Sales and Salesman teams.
Ensure efficient SCD rotation for optimized performance in the field.
Prepare weekly reports on activities and the incremental impact within the assigned territory.
