Requirement:

- Fresh Graduate or max 2 years experience in any major

- Domiciled in Bandung, Surabaya, and Jakarta is preferred

- Willing to do WFO (2x a week) and WFH (3x a week) in Bandung/Surabaya/Jakarta office

- Have an interest in business and human resource management

- Desire to learn new things and self-starter

Responsible:

• Develop marketing and recruitment strategies to build AZ Pro Program
• Lead and monitor a professional team to achieve campaign objectives
• Execute business strategies to promote our program
