Build a network of doctors, hospitals, insurance companies, and other healthcare professionals to promote our company and acquire customers to encourage repeat business
Encourage medical professionals to recommend patients to use Healing Aid’s services
Identify customers’ needs, connect to in-house medical specialists and facilitate the pre-diagnostic session to understand the medical problem and the recommended procedure
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Diligent record keeping of all conversations/leads in a comprehensible way
Daily follow up on generated leads in order to have a robust sales pipeline
Prepare weekly reports and progress to the cofounder including appointments and inbound/ outbound calls
Help patients with the initial documentation required for visa, travel and medical purposes
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in nursing, pharmacy, life sciences, or related field
Proven medical sales experience
Proficient in English and Bahasa language (read, write, speak)
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Persuasive and resilient attitude to close all leads
Very Strong negotiation skills
Excellent Communication and organizational skills
Exceptional customer service skills and Empathetic attitude
Own vehicle for intra-city travel
