KualifikasiJob Requirements :

• Maximum 30 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Have a minimum of 1-years of working experience in the OD & Assessment field (Job Description, KPI, or Organization Structure, etc.)
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• Have strong knowledge about job analysis, job evaluation, job competences
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with people at all levels,
• Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta

Job Description:

• Organization Structure (Monitor, improve, update & implement Organization Structure)
• MPP (preparation, updating & monitoring MPP implementation)
• Developing the Generic Competency, implement Work Load Analysis & aligning employees KPI with Business Goals
• Create & implement assessment & development program
• Design, develop, and deliver training programs and initiatives to enhance employees' competencies.
