Details Responsibilities Request: 

• Handle developers (owners) and contractors in landed housing projects throughout Indonesia 
• Ensure annual sales target can be achieved 
• Create an effective marketing strategy (including promotion) for the landed housing division 
• Generate a new landed housing project 

Graduated: D3 / S1 

(Bachelor Degree) Major All Majors 

Experience: 

• Have a minimum 4 years experience in building material sales projects, especially in landed housing projects. 
• Preferably those who currently working or have experience in the plumbing industry. 
• Experienced candidates from other products in building materials are welcome to apply.
• Experience in handling project stakeholders such as developers (owners) and contractors.
• Experience in communicating with project decision-makers.
• Experience in selling building material products in landed house project 

Skills: 

• Ability to sell building material products in landed house projects.
• Ability to negotiate with the project stakeholders in terms of price and technical issues.
• Ability to achieve annual sales target.
• Knowledge of materials in the plumbing industry such as PVC, PPR, HDPE, and PE/X
