Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. As an HRGA Manager at ecoCare, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Human Resources, General Affairs, and Administration functions. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing office supplies and facilities, and supporting general administrative activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Human Resources and General Affairs management
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Experience in the hygiene services industry is a plus
